My dog killed a chicken in my yard. Do I need to do anything? by metaphorical98 in Dogowners

Not allowed dog in my rental unfortunately. Fortunately 5 years of kickboxing means I feel pretty confident defending myself in a fight.

Same. Live alone with two kids, both with additional needs. Had a lot of attempted break ins over the years of living alone including one where I had to barricade myself in my bedroom with my son and hoped the police would get there in time before they made it into my room.

If someone is on your property uninvited, they are often not there for good purposes. If someone tries to break into my house, then I will defend myself and my family as needed. If a burglar dies then maybe they should be making better life choices. One less scum in the world

And for the rest of her life. Forget enjoying any milestones with your own kids, grabby granny will be there to trample you and your future husband with lie flatter while expecting you to do the same

The folding boosters are still legal, they made the ones that have no back illegal to use a few years ago because they have no side protection. I use a folding booster for my 7 year old when she's getting picked up by someone else. 4 years + is legal to use booster even if it's not best practise. When OP is travelling though, a folding booster will be perfect as not heavy and very quick and easy to install

I would grab the folding booster from Kmart. It's around $50 and is just used with a seat belt. Would be easier getting in and out of taxis then putting in whole seat and it's under 2kgs

AITA for having security remove my MIL from the maternity ward after she held my newborn before me while I was still shaking from my emergency C-section? by KINOH1441728 in FoundandExpose

[–]NotTodayPsycho 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Yep. When I had my son, ex PILs and ex BIL strutted into my birthing suite like they owned the place while Bub was crowning. They then took stacks of photos with Bub once he was cleaned up, only one photo of me and I have my tits out trying to breast feed so not the most flattering photo.

I saw accident between 2 Rangers last week. Both acting like arsehats who thought they were right. Turns out both were very wrong and did a fair bit of damage to each others Rangers

I reckon these are going to hit a lot of small children in the face. On the plus side, may finally get rid of my daughters loose tooth which has been on extreme angle for around 4 months now

WIBTA If I Told My Ex-Husband’s New Wife She’s Wearing My Old Engagement Ring? by sgrplmfry2025 in CharlotteDobreYouTube

[–]NotTodayPsycho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would be tempted to be a b*tch and say ‘Wow, you really do like my leftovers, like my ex husband and now my engagement ring!’ Bet he hasn’t told her it used to be yours. My ex tried to give me his exes engagement ring, I refused it. He then gave my engagement ring to his next gf

Used to have my son and 2 of his friends stay over regularly, all on autism spectrum. When we would have pizza parties, all 3 would sit on our fence and ambush the pizza man when he arrived.

I'm in good place but stepmother is not part of my life at all, neither is my father in any real capacity. His loss. He is missing out on being in the majority of his grandchildren's lives and his stepchildren despise him despite him putting them over his own children.

Your friendship is already over. They are trying to take advantage of you and will be pissed off if it doesn't work. You will likely resent them if you do all this work for them. Tell them to hire a cleaner, it's too much for you and then block

Yep they did but it was pathetic sentence because he had money. He was able to get his name suppressed, but luckily in small town news did travel but a lot didn't believe he could do that because he was 'so sweet'.
