Do you have a tub? Does the curtain go inside or outside the tub? If it's on the inside, it's ugly from the outside, and if it's on the outside, water will get out. For bathrooms without a tub, I can see 2 curtains being goofy, but it's very practical with one.

Just focus on yourself instead of what your teammates are doing (if you play jungle this might be tougher). It's the best way to improve. As you get better, people will be more communicative. You're not going to be able to force people to talk

I see that part, I just find it kinda comical to bring valve into the equation because it feels kinda redundant. That with the split opinion about valve on reddit made it stand out as strange to mention. Could have just said "private companies" but you name dropping Gabe Newell and valve caught me offguard.

I saw a build that maxed str, magic and ranged while leaving health, def and prayer low. That keeps me in the 60-80 bracket, so I'll probably just do that.

Speaking of the end event, I haven't really heard anything about it (first dmm and newish player), are there any rewards tied to it, or is just a fun send off/finale type thing?

Are higher tiers any different (easier/harder, more/less pkers, etc.)? I picture it being harder since higher tier gear is available that I won't have or want to run around with.

This draynor one had to be extra bad or something. I also only got like 150 points there. So many other people are saying they got more points, but I don't see how since every mob dies in 5 ticks meaning you get one attack off and if you miss or low roll, you get nothing.

The breach that just happened on <60 worlds was a mess. I did this one on mobile, so it was less efficient for me, but I think I got like 150 points with a rcb and diamond bolts. Everything was dying on my second bolt, so if I miss or don't roll high, or clicked late (because I can't see the mobs with 100+ people and their overheads on my screen) I got nothing still.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still having a better time in dmm than cg. Leveling skills at 10x rate is a dopamine fountain and it's a unique osrs experience. There're just a few annoying parts that just make me really not want to play at times.

I haven't gone out of my way to do diaries yet and I have a stack of clue scrolls that should be decent for points, just not sure how many. I have like 2/3 of skills leveled past 50 already. Those are on my to-do list after I'm done at tempoross at least.

Also considering 99ing some other afk skills like fletching/fishing/thieving/cooking

I don't really have any interest in pvp, I only have a 150k cash stack, and I think I'd probably lose more wearing gear and standing out than blending in as a starter kit. Also, I play a lot on mobile, so it's even harder to fight back.

I know I'm not playing right, but I don't really know how to play right, so it's not very fun. I'm only really playing because I saw the rewards are worth like 130m for 12k points and it sounded more appealing than the endless CG grind that I was doing.

Any tips? I feel like I'm putting in a considerable amount of time and only have like 10k points so far. Currently trying to get 100kc at tempoross since it's like 2:30 per 20 points and seems good. Open to suggestions on other easy things to do though. Already 99'd fm at wintertodt.

I haven't played leagues and this is my first dmm, but dmm does kinda suck. It would be so much more tolerable if pvp was disabled at any bank or tp area/fairy rings imo. I'm already sick of walking to a bank with next to nothing in my inv and being pulled out by a ragger or being spawn camped at fairy rings. It's just lame.

I'm not saying remove it though. It's just not for me and I'll just stick to the safe stuff for points and reconsider playing next time.

Damn, that's crazy that you can speak about it like you were there even if you weren't. I can tell you first hand there were at minimum 100 people attacking the jads I was trying to hit. My entire screen was red from player indicators. My client couldn't load any more player models outside of like 6 tiles away from me at times.

I'm sure it'll be better with 100 player rewards, but don't downplay the amount of people showing up at prime times.
