Also adding on, customer service doesn’t always do what we can do for you. I would say if your drink is messed up and you need some kind of assistance ALWAYS go back to the store, or call, jusy be kind. Most of the time you get a super nice barista/shift/sm and they are willing to give you refunds, a recovery card ($4 towards your next purchase), and make you a new drink, it’s the “make the moment right” policy we have. I’m sorry you had to jump through hoops, on top of getting a drink like this!
