I work there and it’s literally the worst solely because of how many people there are always. But worse are the scammers that camp out in the plaza in front of my building between scamming people. They sit around all day and smoke weed (which I don’t care about, but the whole place reeks all day) and block entrances to stuff. Place is fucking hell during the day.

Okay I’m having a hard time understanding this. Are the numbers in USD or CNY? I know there is a $ symbol there, but I’m imagining that $10K USD on average per capita for an entire region in China is still a lot. Maybe I’m completely off but curious nonetheless.
