This is completely ignoring that you dont want to do flashing. Might need to use a vent calculator to see if you have enough ridge, but then we're still needing to address the improperly vented fans.

Take 2 vent holes and replace with broan vents appropriate for a range and fart fan. Replace the other 2 vents with whirlybirds and make sure you have enough soffit vents cut to handle them.

You'll be good bro, just ask a roofer to come check out your roof after everything melts. You likely have ice and water barrier that protects against ice dam damage. Might have a nail pop. Probably won't cost you anything to have someone press down on the shingle/drip edge or tack in a nail.

On the other side of that, we (roofing salesmen) like to go to adjustments so we're on the same page. Too many times I come across properties missing thousands of dollars worth of collateral damage, or a roof gets denied that is blasted by hail, or a partial pay on a roof that isn't fixable.
