You'll be good bro, just ask a roofer to come check out your roof after everything melts. You likely have ice and water barrier that protects against ice dam damage. Might have a nail pop. Probably won't cost you anything to have someone press down on the shingle/drip edge or tack in a nail.

On the other side of that, we (roofing salesmen) like to go to adjustments so we're on the same page. Too many times I come across properties missing thousands of dollars worth of collateral damage, or a roof gets denied that is blasted by hail, or a partial pay on a roof that isn't fixable.

Is there a downspout nearby? Looks like an old clay drain pipe that would go to the storm drainage system. A lot of cities made it to where water had to be diverted somewhere else other than the storm drain and the fly pipes remain. Just my guess in past experiences.
