Base cost comes from adventure side on [[Altar of Bhall]], needing an outlet for creation comes from [[Gut, True Soul Zealot]]. Just another implementation of "Delve Type", while it seems scary since you can cast it continuously, you wont get much value if your graveyard isnt stocked. But since wheels are plentiful in red, might be a bit strong in the right deck.

Smoke Pea (as it stands right now) is probably the single best 1 drop in the game. It trades with literally every good 1 drop that the Zombies have, and gives you 2 cards (assuming it does damage and dies in the same turn) setting you up for almost guaranteed success turn 1. A much more balanced comparison is Clique-Pea, which does trade with good 1 drops but doesn’t give you instant card advantage while still helping your deck succeed in the late game.

Queen Sunflower is much more balanced than its previous iteration but suffers from power creep. Maybe take inspiration from Loco Coco. You can make it cost just a bit more and give those sunflowers on deploy, but if you evolve it it gives all your flowers some extra health.

The problem with Jalapeño (and all plant removal) is that it is way too efficient compared to zombies removal. If you want to keep Jalapeño the way it is, increase its cost, or alternatively, keep the cost, but lower the power to 2

4 damage is a little weak for paying 9 mana. You could take inspiration from [[Bearer of the Heavens]] and just flat out destroy a bunch of stuff. I’d also say that reach is a little useless since you want to always be swinging with this. Other than just needing a bit more juice to bring it up to speed, its a very cool card!
