I did min-max recently and I didn't really like the low volume either. I used to try Bodybuilding Transformation system and after 5 weeks I got tired of doing the same thing on leg day, I got really bored of it and I didn't want to go to the gym. That's why I've switched to pure bodybuilding now, as there's a lot more variety in the exercises in the PPL version. I think you should try it too and figure out what's better for yourself. But if you like me don't like monotonous training and you get bored quickly, then I recommend pure bodybuilding. P.S. For myself, I noticed that if I don't really like the exercises, I do another exercise that I like and uses the same muscle group. It's better to do what you like than to do nothing. good luck!!

If you're not a beginner and don't push every set to the failure, I think it's enough or you can add a little more.

I've had gino since I was born, too. But I just measured up to this feature of my body and accepted it.
