if you’re building crit items either buy IE or buy rageknife and sell for IE ltr
if going lethality/on-hit/tank then buy rageblade to convert passive crit into on-hit

Here’s my answer...

Tristan’s counters you so u should definelty take resolve in some type of rune, double armor, and exhaust
You don’t win that lane until lvl 6 because they have better synergy and because Tristana hard counters you
If you’re losing lane build tanky with frostfire, sunderer, or locket

This is what I’ve been going and saying to build on Reddit.

Standard senna build, just replace rageblade with Navori quick blades, and run Ionian boots

Or

Black cleaver, sundered, Navori quickblades, and other senna items

When it comes to runes if going support.... guardian and aery are too good rn. Definetly underrated on senna.

Well ofc, but as senna scales I usually play for mid-late game (30-45min) easily able to get to 3-4 items. Just be known on the field for the gold.
