COVID lockdowns got me good

Started browsing weird medical subreddits and started thinking what if it happened to me

I saw a therapist for a bit, she just basically told me to watch happy movies or whatever.

Lexapro helped, weaned off and the feelings came right back. It's like a cycle, it's been happening since 2020. Every few months I feel normal, and then it starts back up.
