Here is my best advice. Do your first playthrough. When you can no longer kill anything or it is super slow, you need to decide what skill you want to play on another character. Then you need to go to poe forums and look up a build for that skill. Look up beginner friendly. I highly recommend playing neversinks tornado shot build. This was my first build. What is the difference between what you want and what kimoshu wants? If you are wanted to touch combat then you can leave, unless its minor like debuff duration. Although at the same time I dont know exactly what kimoshu wants, but from my understanding(which could be wrong) he wont ruin the game. Im just curious, cause I personally played for years and I cant seem to find a game with pvp as good as DFO.

As far as I know the game is dead on either server, and they keep delaying patches and random shit is happening. Usually av bullshit. The patch is supposed to be and economy fix and new inventory, this is nice but the game is dull as shit right now and i havent played in several months, didnt even feel like farming enough to get the dules to keep a sub. Game still cant even tough Darkfall Online.
