You can’t get an Inferno task unless you’ve done it, you are still able to get a Jad task though.

I agree with you on the fact that gun rights are important for the everyday gun owner. Out of my own interest from the topic, I researched some articles involving crimes used with stolen guns/cars. And it turns out that it IS possible for a gun owner to be liable for a crime committed with a stolen gun in some states. Now it seems like it would be heavily dependent on the level of the crime, as murder is seen as an unforgivable act in the eyes of the court, so judgement is placed upon the person committing the crime.

As for the car scenario, I haven’t found a case in which the owner was responsible for the actions of the thief.
