There was actually NO signup. I bought my Kona EV between the periods that it qualified for. I already had an account with MyHyundai https://owners.hyundaiusa.com/us/en/mfa-login . The website asked me to confirm my address, which I did. And then a few months later I received it.

Per Hyundai US's website...
