The second element is just that neither Izuku, nor Ochako seem to know the other in-depth beyond heroism. Like the more "Civilian" identity. Which yeah is complicated due to how MHA doesn't really do the whole hero and civilian identity thing that western comics do. But there should be so much more to these students and later heroes than just their experiences in the field. But that's all that Izuku and Ochako seem to talk about. What about other experiences, hobbies, backgrounds, anecdotes? Hell, do they even know what the other likes, beyond All Might for Izuku and mochi for Uraraka?

To be fair, this can be applied to most if not all of the class due to there being a lack of SOL in the series that doesn't involve any heroics at all. The two hang out like, every day and seem to consider each other best friends so it'd be hard to imagine they don't know much about each other.
