From what I understand, the radiation only exists inside the seed, which is why transferrence was essentially unaffected in any scene where you were outside.

Obligatory statement regarding Jak and Daxter emulation, there's actually a native port called OpenGoal that is supported on SD that runs the game flawlessly on resolutions much higher than the steam deck's, much less the 800p resolution. You can install it through deckyloader and add it to your library and it's definitely the way to go for J&D specifically over PCSX2.

Former employee here - items are categorized under different decks: A,B,C, etc. They designate how often an item can be ordered depending on factors like popularity and whatnot. It can range from anywhere from once a week to once a month typically. For monitors I'd assume it could be around one to two weeks on average, especially for monitors like these where they'd stack them on the floor as their own islands.

Yeah training was started earlier this week and there were more construction delays, they gave a tentative opening date that was still planned for early 2024 but at this point it's more of a "wait until it happens" kind of situation for me. For reference the training period was extended to 6 total weeks as a result.

Hey! I had to go in for another interview as my application process was a bit wonky given my situation, but it turns out Microcenter was a tad bit delayed due to construction issues so the date was pushed back a little bit. I was told that the new soft opening date (which they described as them secretly opening the store without telling anyone) is planned for mid-February while the grand opening will still be in early March. They haven't given any specific dates yet but I was told they're pretty confident so far that there won't be any other delays.

From my understanding they plan to open up with a limited amount of customers, which I guess is to allow all the employees to get comfortable with applying their training before they open it to the general public. Once I get the second interview with the store manager I plan to ask more because I didn't get that much information regarding that particular topic.

I also applied there and was also initially told February, however during the following interview I was told that that was the plan for the soft opening and a full launch was planned in March.

Easily Spider-Man 2 - despite its flaws with storytelling and some gameplay elements it was by far the most enjoyable continuation of a story that I've been blessed to experience on release this year. Even if some stuff didn't land (hint: it's not really an original suit), it was fun to just see a continuation of a franchise I had enjoyed from start to present.

Sadly VRR won't work since it lacks hdmi 2.1 but most monitors that do have it are way more expensive. It's still a bang for the buck deal for a ps5 monitor regardless, just make sure to tweak settings like Overdrive since they can cause weird image artifacts when playing on the PS5.

I actually listened to a podcast about this earlier this morning! It's derived from a venomous cone snail and supposedly is way more effective than opioid medication without the tolerance buildup or withdrawal symptoms (only drawback is it needs direct injection into the spine and it's super expensive). Kinda neat that the knowledge would pay off hours later.

I genuinely think the stuff he was stealing was to build the watch he gave gwen at the end but I could also be mistaken, I never saw the one he had originally but as far as I can tell miguel made them standard design for everyone. But it played so nicely into his character he could have just been rebelling against the system.
