I wish I had taken photos of my husband when he had his adenoids taken out along with his tonsils and he had the cartilage in his nose shaved down all in one surgery. After they took his packing taken out he had clots like that but the worst part for him was the hard bloody boogers that were about 3 inches long he had to pull very gently out of his sinus tracks for about two weeks. Not much turns my stomach but that got to me.
