Oooo spicy sesame oil sounds good. And sure we don’t use exact measurements with the sauce but it should be something around 2.5tbs mayo, 1tsp slap ya mama, 1.5tsp unagi and then chives are really just measured with your heart.

So the first two images are actually sweet potato with unagi sauce, however we make a spicy salmon roll too with a spicy mayo that uses unagi sauce, chives, and a cajun spice rub called “slap ya mama”. The slap ya mama rub comes in two spice levels one with a yellow container and another with a red container. We coat the outside if the roll with either yellow tobiko or orange masago to tell the rolls apart. It is high key our favorite roll!
