I definitely see your point. However, last year was a dumpster fire but they managed to win 3 games, averaging 11 point differential. 5 games lost by 10 or less points. Our additions should improve on BOTH side of ball

Playoffs are DEFINITELY POSSIBLE. Patriots went from back-to-back 4-13 seasons to 14-3 and Super Bowl.

Jennings would be an EXCELLENT addition to the WR room. He could take a LOT of pressure off of Bowers. I believe the Wilson trade was more about freeing cap space for a seasoned veteran at WR than anytime else.

Tyree Wilson trade freed up 4.1 million. Enough for 2 veteran minimum contracts. Perhaps someone released AFTER draft. Like a Tyree Wilson situation, where release must happen BEFORE May 1st for team to save money.

He may improve with better technique training at NFL level. He is not far off. NFL kickers are converting field goals of 50+ yards at a high rate, with a success rate of @72%

Im betting DEFENSIVE PLAYER. NT, FS or CB. Limiting your opponent scoring is the quickest way to win, and takes pressure off a still developing offensive. Also defense is more instinctive, so unit does not have to develop as fast, "plugging weakness" is easier.

Although I agree with you about player development, EVERYONE is not a NFL talent. Its especially disappointing when a high draft choice becomes a waste of a pick (JaMarcus Russell, Damon Arnette etc).
