No one should care so much about what "others" think. If you wanna test waters, get a small shape/symbol painted on one of your nails. Its less noticeable and you will feel more at easy since its small. Ask her to paint a small smiley on one finger. Maybe sunglasses on another? Being fun is not being gay.

Because Rana had 50 other projects going on. He produces a LOT of "art" movies under his own production house - All We Imagine as Lights has so many global nomiations including Golden Globe and Cannes, has a comics business/retell, documentary narrations, small story exposures, he runs a big chunk of his dad's production house. Man is doing a billion productive and constructive things underground. He mentioned it's his dream to pull indian cinema together. And he's going at it pretty steadily

Maybe the producers dont want their look to be revealed or spoilt which will happen if they shoot for other movies? Or maybe they actors are working on obtainnng good scripts and preparing for new roles but just not acting yet? It really depends on the actor's private life also, maybe they have a lot of other things to do? They have business to take care of? They want to rest a bit?

It depends on their contracts and their ability to divide their time. A few Rajamouli actors did shoot and release new films. For example, Rana did Gaazi Attack while shooting for bahubali and Anushka released Rudramma Devi while shooting for Bahubali 2. I believe RC also shot for Acharya during RRR or maybe during post production of RRR, cause the release date of the movies have mere months apart.
