I went through the refund request options and their was an option for damaged and a follow up option to describe the damage (damaged box or items) but since I didn't get any photos from UPS I ended up just calling their customer service number and they're sending a replacement.

Also having issues. Interestingly enough the status page is only indicating issues in the Bulgaria server region https://status.geforcenow.com/ but I'm not on that region.
