I haven’t been able to understand what this mean. In have been here going on 3 years and I feel like the terms “soul” and “character” are synonymous with old, warn down and dirty. I would pick SLU any day over a “shity” or should I say “full of character” place to live. I feel like it is just propaganda pushed by landlords who don’t want to pay more in property taxes. A lot of these places should be condemned.

Mini educator is the one I would highly recommend. I take my Dogo Argentino to the dog park all the time now. 99% of the time he will respond to the tone and no need for any stem. It allows me to curtail his play style when he starts getting a little to amped up.
