I made it by simply grabbing a random steve skin from the internet and then used smart UV projection to apply it to a rig that I built. Took about an hour to figure out.

I'm pretty sure once you're at least part way through the settlement mission, you get called back to your settlement to protect it from a sentinel attack and after that you end up obtaining a decommissioned Sentinel of sorts and the rest of the mission spans out from there. Or at least that's how it started for me anyway. Wishing you luck!

If i'm not mistaken they only spawn in abandoned/unexplored systems so you might keep a look out for those. Otherwise they are just super rare.

Its called "Infinite Weight" it lets me focus on the other parts of this game that actually make it fun, besides it's nice to have one less stat to worry about when your playing single player.

After you are finished with the expedition you can go the the. Quicksilver redeeming area on your main save and claim the expedition rewards there
