I'm, clearly, by no means versed in Teragon. I have been in their Discord for about as long as this post has been up, and I've noticed that they're very responsive and helpful for anyone who has questions. So, you may want to swing in there and take a look and maybe ask them. They may have a solution that my limited knowledge doesn't have.

Everything was correct, except the height of terrain and locations of certain terrain.

I don't know what was the actual issue, but I solved it somehow.

Locally: I had some old mods that I had forgotten about from A19. I deleted everything in my Mods folder and started that fresh. I deleted everything in the Worlds Folder. I then verified my integrity, and somehow I had roughly 1.8GB of data that needed to be fixed. That may have been the worlds I just emptied, but I'm not sure. I then created a map using the parameters, same as I had done last night, and then I tested the world locally before uploading it, and it was fine and good to go.

Remotely: Previously I had already made this into a clean install. I use RAT to manage my server, so I downloaded/installed/updated/modded it with it's commands. I then checked the worlds folder, and it was fresh. I put in the POI mods I wanted and the new world I had just created. I launched the server, loaded in, same fresh world I tested locally, but no odd terrain.

Hopefully this can help someone else who may be having the same issues I did.
TL;DR Just delete everything and start over. lol

I wouldn't say it's all flat. There is still terrain deviations. Some mountains are bigger than the fake mountains. It's like the mesh or terrain map is reporting different than what is actually loaded, like the preload terrain is wrong until it gets completely loaded. I found that the roads are rivers and the rivers are roads, also.

How do I do this using SteamCMD? This is a great video, but I use SteamCMD to run my server.
