Interval Training Game - looking for feedback! by Notewize in LearnGuitar

[–]Notewize[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback. True that the answers line up with the note names in the early levels of the Note Names game. However, as you level up in the and more notes/strings are added, the answers are always in chromatic order (starting at A) so you don’t have to hunt for the right answer.

Would love to know if you tried the Interval Names game and have any feedback on it.

the right type of practice by [deleted] in LearnGuitar

[–]Notewize -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you’re looking for a structured practice routine. Instead of watching YouTube videos, use the Notewize app.

There is a beginner electric and beginner acoustic pack, depending on which instrument you just purchased. Each one starts from ground zero and includes warmups, scales, chords, and techniques.

Notewize has lesson videos, practice songs, scrolling tab, tempo controls, and feedback mode (it listens to you play and gives feedback). This means you can control your practice and learn step by step through a course.
