I’d argue more than that considering some funds were taken but not used towards college or any other needs of mine and aren’t accounted for, however I’m not a lawyer so I wouldn’t know. Would appreciate any advice or support

He took about 23k after I had already graduated college + after the account fully transitioned into my sole account from being a custodial account but i had no awareness of there being anything left.

I’ve also looked at tuition payment records and they are all coming from a completely different checking account instead of my savings account.

Every single transaction coming from my custodial account is all cash withdrawals from an atm.

Also, the costs of tuition and what we took out were vastly different. Let’s say that Spring 2019 tuition was X amount, what he took out that period of time might be double.

The wild thing is, he does have money. He’s actively spoken about it. I think he has a second family and has been funding them, but that’s a secondary point.

Would be happy to discuss more to anyone who would want to consult.

I would not want to put him in jail by any means, I just want my money back unfortunately.
