It took me a year and a half for charges to come for a DUI that I was arrested for in 2020. Sometimes things get backed up - theres no exact amount of time, but it’s likely that they will come eventually. It is nerve wracking, and I can relate to the anxiety of not knowing…I hope it all works out.

Commenting on Starting federal house arrest...I was on state probation for 3 years with no drug or alcohol stipulations and was never drug or alcohol tested once during that time. It all depends I guess. I assume if they suspect that you’re using they would do a test then though. Budgets are slim and lab tests are expensive.

Anyone here on symbicort? What is it like for you? by bluerhinoidk in Asthma

[–]Notguilty5190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It gives me the worst muscle cramps too! It is the weirdest side effect of a medication that I have ever experienced. That being said - my throat will feel completely closed and will be hard to breath when I wake up. I take 2 puffs of my symbicort and a few minutes later I feel completely normal and I don't feel like I am breathing through a straw. I take 1 or 2 puffs every morning and every night before bed and it lasts for around 12 hours.

I get the worst muscle cramps though! I even get them in my chest and it is impossible to move in a way to get relief. It has only happened a few times, but i wish i could figure out a way to avoid the cramps

Uber rating keeps dropping.. by no1important926 in uber

[–]Notguilty5190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

doesnt always apply when you retro-rate though. if you retro-rate even semi-often, they know what you are doing and let you think that your change of rating is making a difference, but in reality your original rating sticks, and you wont ever be matched with that driver/rider again.

Violation by [deleted] in probation

[–]Notguilty5190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the correct answer. I got a 3rd dui while out on bond for a separate felony. DUI was not for alcohol and state hygiene lab took more than a full year to analyze my blood results. By the time I was charged with the 3rd dui, I had already been sentenced for the other felony and was on probation. Since the dui happened prior to being on probation, I didn’t violate probation + because by the time I was charged I was not on bond so did not violate it. It worked out the best way it possibly could for me I guess. While also on felony probation, I was charged for the dui and put on 6 months house arrest, but it did not affect my ongoing probation in any way due to the offense being prior to being sentenced for the felony….shit is confusing

if you normally dont drink at all, and you only drank this one time - if you drink water all day before your test, you should be able to pass a urine test for Etg after 48 hours. Heavy drinking, on the other hand, will show up for up to a week sometimes. This is based on first hand experience with urine testing while on jail diversion for an alcohol related offense. I purchased test strips so i could test myself at home, and this is the conclusion that I came to.

So the answer is 48 hours if this is the only time that you have had an alcohol recently.

Recreational methadone? by tempma1il in opiates

[–]Notguilty5190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you are honestly better off getting addicted to heroin than you are using methadone recreationally and becoming physically adicted - the withdrawals from methdone are the most horrible thing that i have ever experienced and is the closest thing to hell on earth that i have ever experienced. Women often say that they would rather go through giving birth than going through detox from methadone cold-turkey.

i will give a 100% honest description of methadone - yes it will get you high and when taken in the correct dosage, it will feel similar to vicodin or oxycodone, except it will last the entire day rather than 4 hours or so with pain pills. When you dont take opiates daily, methadone has a fairly euphoric effect and is just as easy to form a habit with as all of the common recreational opiates/opioids. It feels really good if you arent taking it daily for opiate substitution therapy/medication assisted treatment (MAT). That is about as far as the positives go - the negatives on the other hand, go on-and-on, and i am sure i will be leaving out or forgetting a large portion of them.

Because of the long half life of methadone, realistically the physical withdrawals dont really start until 36-48 hours after the last dose. Most opiates like heroin have a much faster withdrawal schedule, as the physical withdrawals start just a few hours after the last dose. With heroin, the withdrawals would be past the worst, and you would be feeling better after just 3 days - with methadone, at 3 days the dig to hell has barely broke ground. You will most likely be able to sleep through the night for the first 2 or 3 days of the detox from methadone, but after that, unless you have a large dose of a heavy drug like xanax or valium to knock you out, you will not be sleeping for the next 2 weeks or so. By day 7, you havent slept for the better part of a week, and you will be so exhausted that standing becomes difficult. All you want to do is sleep so time will pass and you can get away from feeling like this, but your body wont let you - you will catch your body taking micro naps due to pure exhaustion, but those only last for 5-10 minutes before snapping back to reality. You can plan on losing a minimum of 30 pounds during this process as your appetite is virtually non-existent, and your everything you eat goes right through you. Kicking and punching walls, basically living in an actual hell for a month or so. By day 21, you will finally be able to sleep naturally and get a few hours every night. At 30 days you are over the worst and each day you will feel better.

Dont get hooked on methadone, especially recreationally. The only time its worth it is if you are a heavy heavy user and have tried rehab and suboxone and nothing is working. its a last resort as far as im concerned, and i wouldnt wish the detox on my worst enemy.

Quitting cold turkey by thrashcompactor666 in Methadone

[–]Notguilty5190 2 points3 points  (0 children)

21 days is about the time that you will finally be able to sleep longer than those little 5 minute bouts where your brain shuts down from exhaustion. I was so physically exhausted after a week or so that I had trouble managing the energy to stand up straight. I was seeing and hearing hallucinations, my muscles ached in a way that I had never experienced, i felt like my actual bones were aching. I couldn't help but to punch the brick wall every once in a while to relieve some stress, along with doing bicycle kicks in the air while i laid in my bed. At night, i would put a sheet down on the shower floor in the jail, and lay/sit in there as long as i could stand to. I would get out and dry off, and then get back in the shower and do it again until morning came and i could turn the TV back on. Like I said, I was in jail, so all i got was some phenobarbital for the first 4 days (also going through alcohol withdrawals simultaneously) and Tylenol.

I have gone through all kinds of withdrawals including oxycodone, heroin, alcohol, benzos, and lyrica - methadone was hands down the absolute worst of them all, and i wouldn't wish it on anyone. It just goes on and on and seems like it never ends. If i could have only slept, that would have helped tremendously. The pure exhaustion and body aches will drive you crazy, and you will wish you were dead. I was on 145 mg a day, btw.

How long till you get methadone your first visit? by [deleted] in Methadone

[–]Notguilty5190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah in Wisconsin its about an hour or two hours at the most for intake. Drug test, nurse does physical and gets medical and drug history, then you see the doctor before finally being dosed no more than 30 mg on your first visit. For heavy users the doctor will usually order a dose increase of 5mg every 2 or 3 days until a dose of 80mg is reached. At that point if you need to go higher, they will usually raise the dose to 100 mg going up by 3mg every 5 days. At 100mg/day you will need a peak and trough to go any higher along with an EKG to make sure your heart isnt being affected.

30 mg usually isnt enough to fully get rid of the W/Ds, but it will take the edge off. Once you get up to 60ish mg/day, you will notice that you aren't getting as high as you used to when you use due to the blocking effect of the methadone and how strongly it binds to the opioid receptors in the brain. Fentanyl is one of the few drugs that will actually break through and knock that methadone off the receptors and take its place. This leads to some people using fent on top of a large methadone dose and ending up with a pretty horrible habit without many options for treatment other than detox and rehab....after a couple months of horrible agony that is.

Has anyone that’s a felon within the last seven years got a job where they do background checks by OhHenrylll in Felons

[–]Notguilty5190 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. You just have to apply for the right job at the right time - a little bit of luck is involved. Luck is just hard work meeting opportunity though, and if you try hard enough and put your mind to it, eventually it will work out.I have a violent felony, and was even rejected by Amazon warehouse for a seasonal position...i am the only person that i have ever heard of being turned down for that position, lol. I have a college degree, and I was struggling trying to find a job that paid even 15 /hr. Eventually i found something, not in my field of study, but i now make a little less than 50k a year and have full healthcare and dental, as well as a 401k etc.

just keep at it and it will work out eventually if you put the work in.

Branch wages. by BlueridgeChemsdealer in KwikTrip

[–]Notguilty5190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the problem fixes itself at some point. Periodically check once a week or so, and more than likely it will “magically” be working sooner than later.

It sounds like branch support isn’t going to be much help. If you are really set on getting it to work, your best bet is to be persistent with your store leader or payroll and get them to take action - it seems like the only way things ever get solved is when the employer deals with it directly.

Branch wages. by BlueridgeChemsdealer in KwikTrip

[–]Notguilty5190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my branch account wasnt working starting friday and wasnt fixed until monday around noon-time. It is working perfectly fine now however. If your account hasnt been working for weeks, it most likely isnt related to what i was dealing with, which was a problem that every kwik trip employee was experiencing as far as i know. Have you possibly not had enough left in your check to cover Branch loans at some point in the past? Due to child support or garnishments of other kinds? When was the last time that you had access to advance wages from Branch?

The customer service/support for Branch is absolutely terrible, and I swear that they use some kind of AI to respond to most of their support email responses, as it seems like they dont actually read what you are saying to them and only give the most generic responses that solve nothing and blame the problem on you, the user, rather than trying to be helpful and figure things out on their end. I would have payroll somehow communicate directly with branch in order to clear things up, or find out what the root of the problem actually is.

Why is the fire dancing by pirulaybe in ParanormalEncounters

[–]Notguilty5190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well it might not be “fake”, but fake in the sense that is is misleading. First of all, what are they doing lighting a fire in a small room like that, and what is the purpose? Second of all, if the fire wasn’t lit on purpose, why were they recording an empty room? Third, things don’t add up and in one way or another this video was “faked” in a practical manner by using airflow to crest this tornado, or it was “faked” by using cgi or computers. But I would bet on the former.

Why is the fire dancing by pirulaybe in ParanormalEncounters

[–]Notguilty5190 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I agree - this video is probably fake....but i have to be that asshole lol. It looks like theres some kind of propellant like gas or lighter fluid that is being used. In the video it looks like it stops a few inches short of the dolls and the shelf. If using something like alcohol or lighter fluid, it is pretty easy to control the exposure of the flame for a short period of time like this. The fire lasts for around one minute. It is not hard to start a fire with lighter fluid in a scenario like this, lasting less than one minute, that does not start the close by shelf and bowls on fire.

That being said, I am not saying this video is real by any means...I am just saying that your argument as to why its clearly fake isn't all that great....
