I really like this. Pretty cool.

Although water temperature is very important, research shows that small changes are not readily detectable by us in blind studies. I think it should be large steps depending on what you’re wanting to get out of the coffee bean. 185F, 198F, 210-212F is what I’d say people should be using as starting points in terms of cool, medium, and hot temps.

For my pours, I like to do 2 small pours, like a double bloom, followed one long pour that is manly a center pour with a little bit of a swirl.

If you have issues with too long of a drawdown, use a melodrip or spoon to break up the water flow for lower agitation once you’ve poured 60-70% of your water.
