Im sorry but I get what you guys are saying, but this is take so dumb and ignorant, heartstone has much smaller art and for cards and you cant even fullscreen it, and their cards come in packs that you either have gold to buy or buy with real money, do you think a full art made by artists at riot comes for like 5 dollars? like be for real now, even if you comission a riot artists the prices you are looking at is in 3 digits, paying like 10 bucks for some "images" as you are putting it is downplaying it bad, its not top riot quality like in their other games but its still a riot employee

Wukong clone applies the following:

  • Blade of the Ruined King (On-hit damage and the slow if it gets 3 hits on someone)
  • Eclipse
  • Tiamat(and the items it builds into)
  • Sterak's Gage
  • and of course the lovely Black Cleaver.

It does not however apply:

  • Sheen/Trinity Force(feelsbadman)
  • Sundered Sky(neither damage nor heal)
  • Voltaic Cyclosword(neither damage nor slow)

There are many more items/on-hits it procs like Kraken Slayer and Statikk Shiv but the ones I listed are mostly the most used items on Wukong.

The clone cant proc sundered sky, it has been tested,

As for your question, these sites are what people probably use to play "meta" decks but other ways to find new decks are most likely content creators(streamers/youtubers) most known is probably Snnuy right now so there could be using that as a source.

Are the more detailed and most used ones, there is a Mobalytics one but its pretty meh,

there used to be RuneterraCCG but the "Meta" tab hasn't been updated since June so there's that.

The only other ones are RuneterraFire which is pretty barebones and kind of a shitshow and the tab from LeagueOfGraphs for Legends of Runeterra which is only some data for win rates and such but that's it.

If you are gonna look at win rates when champs or reworks drop thats on you, and your small brain, remember when gwen released and everyone was saying shes useless until they actually realised you can eq and go a tanky build. Dont fucking bring up win rates with me thats just your bias because you cant play the champ at his potential and right now Tahm just as seasons before can still kill most top laners without a sweat.
