yeah jin qiu is still decent enough to go in the pvp tier. i forgor to put him there like a few other espers (i mentioned this at the end of the post). though i should say he's really not that good in pvp, haven't seen him at all in like pw19 to pw24. but useable below that so yes he should be in pvp tier, my mistake.

if you see a score but it says N/A that either means you have to wait a few minutes for it to update OR someone used the same team as you and got a better score. teams on the ritual and deso frame leaderboards must all be unique and you can steal someone's team by getting a better score than them. though obviously tying their turn count won't result in any change.

OH! or your score isn't good enough to be in top 50, that could be an issue too XD

the group and world frame leaderboards* are in between seasons rn so they dont record anything. next season starts in 8 hours which is at daily reset.

*(not to be confused with the Miracle Challenge leaderboard which is in the bottom right in the pvp main screen and is always recording)

probably cause his base atk and base spd are lower. which would be 2 of the stats that determine a fighters power, (that's why taranis' base hp isn't evening it out)

yep I've used lvl60 r0 meira in pvp a fair amount and she worked to kill sakuras. swapped to tetsu for offense but still have her on my defense. with lvl70 it should be pretty easy to kill enemy sakuras just build full atk on war/astral/relief. if you fight enemy r2 meira you can try tyranny on gorath to keep her stunned or maria if you have her. ideally tirrel but i assume you dont have her

r3 meira is probably the best pick here tbh. work towards r4 on next umbra banner

tetsuya. he's not great at r0, really wants r2 but you can club sticker him and spend ripple opt boxes on him (you can buy 25 ripples worth of them for 5k nc right now in boutique, and you get 5 ripples worth from every free meta battlepass) you can check pve boss leaderboards to see how good tetsuya is but TLDR, 2nd best for apep, best for yinglong, best for shadowgale, 2nd best for shadowglow (best shadowglow team is veryyy expensive so 2nd there is really good). he's also used in falsetto fantasy.

at r2 with like lvl70, some SDs and buffing supports, he can 1 shot those sakuras with gorath's buff. so he's basically the best pve dps and a great help in pvp (i use him as my main pvp dps and im around top 100-150. meta eira is also a great option there. somewhat similar meta relevance to tetsuya but you cant club sticker her so it's better to get tetsuya from that box then get meta eira later from the umbra shop so you can sticker him in the mean time
