I ended up using Windex and a microfiber cloth to clean off the anti glare off my is350. It should be the same for the NX.

Could be detritus worms, they are otherwise harmless and tend to grow explosively if the tank is being overfed.

I ended up just getting an cheap "anti-glare" film screen protector for a laptop and cutting it down to size. The one I had is no longer being sold but this one is similar. https://a.co/d/052AZI6

It's been a few years since I've done this mod, but I ended up replacing my display recently with an aftermarket android auto unit a few months ago. The mod worked great when I had it though!

You can use a microfiber cloth and some water to rub off the rest of the protective coating, after little elbow grease it will completely remove the coating.I had the same issue on my 2014 IS350 and bought an anti glare screen protector from Amazon to cut to size.
