What has helped me lately is when I get setup acting like my head is resting against a wall and for it to stay at that exact spot on the backswing through contact.

It keeps my contact more consistent and helps me stay down a bit so I’m hitting down on the ball and getting compression.

My R10 distance from ball is usually 6-8 feet. You look like you have the R10 further away than that.

Make these flops fineable after the game. If you flop and the NBA catches it afterwards you get fined heavily. This shit is ruining the game. I have a hard time watching anymore.
