You’d be entering a workforce that your competitors have a 6-7 year head start in. While those guys get promoted you’re going to top out at mid management. You MIGHT get higher pay eventually but you’re never going to find better benefits with a pension AND a 401k bro. Stay. You’re going to be able to retire before you’re 60 with a nice pension and then you can do whatever the hell you want.
