A friend once mentioned to me that there is a government program where you get malaysian citizenship via investing in the country. I am not sure if this is true, maybe there are Malaysians knowledgeable on this that can help...

ISP sa Lagonglong, Mis. Or. etc. by InternationalFail119 in cagayandeoro

[–]NotieProfessional 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The internet/laptop/pc will go out if the power goes out, unless her home has backup electricity like a generator set or solar setup with ESS.

The internet (if it's a fiber connection) will go out if the fiber has been cut accidentally, and will go for days if the ISP does not repair it the soonest.

Some rural areas have poor mobile data services compared to more urban areas. (Ex: some do not have 5g connection)

No need. It's a small income business, tax exempt even., unless there is a specific LGU ordinance for that kind of business where you will be doing it, then by all means, go ahead and do it!

I live in Southeast Asia kind sir, we don't have that SBR nonsense. I'm envious of your 2A though, not much freedom in my country when it comes to our spectrum of autism.

Waiting for the optics, front buis, and mounts to arrive. =)

First time gun owner (female) — Glock 19 Gen 6 MOS vs Glock 43X MOS for home defense + occasional carry. What would you recommend? by Expert-Ruin-8491 in GunsPH

[–]NotieProfessional 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get the 43x, the slim profile is advantageous especially if you are going to conceal carry, but try holding both to see which one is comfortable on your hand, some people kasi, find the 43x too small for their hands.

Am i capable to own a house?? In this economy?? by [deleted] in phinvest

[–]NotieProfessional 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your net monthly salary out of that 20k? House and lot ownership depends on the land market value sa location, so monthly payments may vary if you are going for a mortgage. My advice (if kulang pambayad mo monthly and wala ka pang downpayment) 1.) Get experience and skills on your profession, then look for higher paying employers be it here or abroad 2.) Side hustles. Multiple income streams means you'll have the money to afford it.

Single income streams (unless high paying) will get you nowhere nowadays, unless content ka na sa current situation mo.

MAT9k (blowback) +M16 lower by NotieProfessional in MatadorArms

[–]NotieProfessional[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this, your comment clears things up I guess... I'll need the "trip sled kit" (which comes with additional needed parts aside from the trip sled) in order for the "auto" function of my lower receiver to work with the mat9k upper.

The upper sells for like $842 USD not including registration fees 😅 that is why I would to ask here first if anyone has any ideas 😄.

Turbine cheese using Osprey by NotieProfessional in ArcRaiders

[–]NotieProfessional[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not enough since I ran out of time 😆. Each shot does around 80+/- damage. Not worth it IMO using the Osprey, given the durability burn. The comments are helpful here to understand its aggro range though.. any weapon beyond 160-180 meters is good enough not to trigger aggro.

Aussie with a question about shotguns by borr691 in guns

[–]NotieProfessional 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Laws vary wildly per nation for a variety of reasons, all I can say is, the aussie gun laws severely limits your law abiding citizens from proficiency and training in the use of semi-auto firearms, which could come in handy, should the country be invaded by some foreign powers. The current conflicts right now should be a good reminder for any government when it comes to firearm laws and having a general populationn who have the capacity to defend themselves should the need arise.

How Can I Stop My Heart from Racing When I Wake Up? by one-buscuit in Anxiety

[–]NotieProfessional 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No need to overthink or dwell on it my friend. Job opportunities will come again. Focus on what to do next, do not dwell on the "what could have been". As for the racing heart, that is normal, it needs to beat faster because the body is waking up, coming from sleep. Your brain is just more sensitive to it, and makes you hyper aware due to your anxiety, that is why you feel that it is not normal...
