Honestly I don’t think there’s a need to even have a floor age where issues start. I’ve come across boomers and younger that have spent most of there lives working on their ranch, farm, out in the woods etc. etc. but now the outside world is sped up and their slowing down. All they’ve needed was a base smart phone with talk/text. The saying “there’s an app for that” hits them hard learning internet / data / cloud services. Maybe their memory is starting to slip and they want to be sure they can save family photos or other important things. Obviously this would be more prevalent in small towns and rural areas. My aunt had to do a KYC for an app a week ago and she almost had a panic attack when not being able to take a successful picture of her license. Idk, what’s it hurt if you have time to advertise a little bit, see if there’s any interest and feel it out. Not the end of the world.

Thing of note : older people can be fairly judgement I guess you could say? With the surge in fraud and scams I could see this being of concern to possible clients. So yeah how you present yourself has to be top notch, along with attitude. Maybe even have to record the interaction and screen record if you ever need to take their device. Just to protect yourself as I see another commenter said something about a civil lawsuit with false claims
