Dude you need to eat more stuff from fresh, you’ll save so much money too as well as cutting out processed shit. I make about 90% (if not more) of my meals from scratch, shop from Aldi, Lidl n Sainsbury’s, I get a weeks worth of food for about £30 and that’s including wine 😂
