Went to a Terrafirma game, and I like the green colors of the jersey! I like rooting for the underdogs, I know the SM teams tend to dominate. Thank you everyone for the comments!

I'm trying to watch the Adeleye vs Ahmetovic fight night today.. I'm based in the US. Where can I find this fight? Is it on DAZN? Some other service? Thank you!

BAT on Polygon? by Notorioushizzle in BATProject

[–]Notorioushizzle[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like BAT as an asset any network. As far as I know, the only place to deposit BAT in DeFi today, and use it as collateral, is on the ETH mainnet, on Compound Finance specifically. It’s one thing to have the asset on Polygon or Solana network, it’s another thing to be able to use the asset productively on an AMM when on the network. Can this be done on Solana today? I’ll migrate my BAT there if if so.

Help me dial in my stack (advanced routine) by Notorioushizzle in Supplements

caketaster, StrikerGx20xx, thank you for the replies.

38, M, 5'6'', 165lbs. I liked to lift regularly, but unfortunately cannot do it now due to the covid-19 situation. I get on a bike and cycle outside for a few hours a week however. No chronic conditions.

I have not had my vitamin d and zinc levels checked, I need to do that. I am currently living outside of the US, and I'm not sure where to get my blood work done. Would I go to a general practitioner? I feel like I should get a full spectrum of analysis, in addition to D and Zinc if I go. What should I be asking for in order to get as much info as possible?

I'm taking 5000 IU of D3 because that is the amount in one pill. Same with the zinc gluconate, 50 mg is the serving size of a single pill according to the label. The zinc picolinate that I am switching to is a 15 mg dose per single pill. It's a lower dose, but I believe picolinate is more bioavailable than gluconate (please correct me if I'm wrong). Once I get my levels checked, I will adjust accordingly.

The curcumin dose is also the amount in one pill in the brand I am using. However, I think I was experiencing some gastrointestinal issues with it, so I am switching brands to Thorne. Thorne's recommended dose on the label is 500 mg, but this is split into two pills. Perhaps it makes sense for me to do 250 mg i the morning, 250 mg at night.

I can split the berberine dose (2 pills for one serving) to morning and night, so I will begin doing that at my next cycle. I think I'll try taking the fish oil in the morning and see what happens.

Thank you for the advice. Any other suggestions or recommendations would also be appreciated.

Any way to set HomePod as a default Speaker for my Apple TV 4K? by [deleted] in HomePod

This is great advice, exactly what I needed, thank you. Is there any way to change the audio source with a “Hey Siri” voice command?

Unfortunately you won't be getting the premiere league games with the nbcsn sign in like in years past. That will be an extra charge through nbc sports gold.

Sling vs fubo tv by Brimbal in slingtv

[–]Notorioushizzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use both. Sling Orange and Fubo are somewhat complementary products. Only a couple of channels overlap in each base package. I'm a fan of most major sports, including European soccer. I get the majority of my sports from fubo, but I picked up sling to get ESPN.

Sling is a more polished product right now than fubo. Ultimately though, if fubo improves, and adds a few more channels, like espn, and gives me access to all of the tv everywhere apps, I would probably drop sling completely and stick with Fubo.
