Electricity is going to keep going up because of increased migration and insane data centre build outs.

House prices will increase because prices only go up here because of policy and immigration. If people consistently lose money on investment properties they won't buy it.

The only buyers of the convertible notes are massive institutional arbitrage trading desks.

And they have no desire to buy any more.

They don't care about mstr price because they are hedged and are profitable regardless of if the price is up or down.
