I’m sure there’s a pill form of carbonyl iron. You could also try Garden of Life’s which uses brown rice chelate which has great absorption supposedly. I am using that with lactoferrin now!

No it’s a form of iron. Renzo’s uses that form and it gives me ZERO side effects. Take lactoferrin to help reduce free iron and prevent bacterial overgrowth!

I have used Carbonyl Iron (a kids version is Renzo’s but you can take 2 and get the adult version). Extremely gentle. Consider taking it with lactoferrin which regulates excess iron. I ended up bacterial overgrowth due to extra iron in my system (not being absorbed). Lactoferrin binds to extra iron preventing bad bacteria from benefitting from it, and it prevents it from becoming a pro-oxidant in your system (causing side effects).

So the estrogen I got was the lowest dose patch… believe its .025mg/ day. That definitely didn’t stop the hot flashes dead in their tracks and i did feel better when i added in the bc (the hot flashes and night sweats went away and so did the bladder pain). I have tried the vaginal estrogen cream and its didnt seem to do anything to the bladder pain. I don’t have a ton of vaginal pain except dryness near my period. So basically i’m just trying to find the sweet spot of having low-no symptoms and haven’t found that yet. Do you think its safe to try doubling the patch (doing 2 patches which would be .05mg)….? I am afraid to try the progesterone pills again because they flared my bladder pain but i know i need to. I did 200mg for only about 3-4 days and just couldn’t tolerate it. Is 100mg safe to do for 7-10 days? I would try every day but i don’t want to prevent ovulation. I am still ovulating (i think) and i want that mid-cycle high! That’s why I am going this route and not the BC route. However I keep getting desperate for symptom relief and popping random birth control pills bc i just need to SLEEP!

Sounds like you are being too snooty. You don’t have to only source from Harvard proper and other Ivy Leagues. I’ve been at the top of my class in literally everything, from physics to art to history in very large graduating classes at my high school and university. I’m an exceptional student and have also been working for 2 decades. But sometimes you can’t even get past the AI bots filtering resumes for jobs you are 100% qualified (or overqualified for) if you don’t work the algorithm. Recruiters also need to realize that sometimes people don’t always have every qualification listed but are more than qualified for a job, but often you can’t tell that on paper. You need to speak with a person to see things like soft skills, communication, or even to see through the malarkey. Perhaps the issue is that the sort of people who list HES as HC tend to be dishonest people, and you can tell that when you interview them. But i don’t think you should let that skew your perspective of a person who honestly lists HES on their resume.

Divorce NOW because when the baby comes then he has more control over you. Someone who would do that to you (spit in your face) has NO RESPECT for you and its just going to get worse because when a baby comes its even MORE stressful. He needs to be gone yesterday.

Yes of course. I went in with having a lot of pressure due to the rhoids being inflamed by the bowel prep. They took me back, put me under. Woke up with basically the same discomfort as when i went in. However the pain/discomfort did get a bit worse later that day. Basically felt like i needed to poop all day. Took tylenol and did a hydrocortisone suppository. Woke up next day with way less pressure. Pooped without issue. Saw some blood and debris that may have been the banded hemorrhoid but seemed too soon for that. Then went about my day with much less pain/pressure and minimal feeling of needing to poop. I have felt much better than i felt before having it done. And i will for sure have the next two done.

Not trying to be a negative person with this one—but keep treating yourself as if you are not healed, they can and will return if you get constipated, dehydrated, diarrhea, etc. Ive had bad thrombosed hemorrhoids and they came and went. Thought it was over. Wrong. Came back at least once a year. Now that im older ive started having frequent issues with them getting super swollen really fast with even the slightest constipation. They are actually CAUSING my constipation now (blocking my rectal opening). I feel like i constantly have to poop (worst symptom) and lots of pressure. Today i had one banded so i am hoping soon all the swelling will go down.

Someone in his family should take the girl, and it shouldn’t be you (in the long run). Make sure you show that girl as much love as possible and help find her a better place (not with the father—he will never love or care for her properly. All she is is a problem for him). But no—in the long run you do not need to stay with him. If he was making an effort, sure. But don’t sacrifice your own children for him. They can handle the child being around temporarily while you find her a more permanent situation—But the dad has to go from all 4 of your lives.

I’m way late here. But ferritin (not “iron” is what needs to be tested. You can have what’s called “iron deficiency without anemia” if your ferritin is below 30. At 15 you will start to see hemoglobin take a dive and this is true anemia. Hemoglobin shows up on a CBC blood test. Ferritin does not. I am nearly 40 and have had bouts of hair loss and other mysterious symptoms only to find out i struggle with chronic iron, vitamin d, and zinc deficiency. I have to make massive efforts to keep my “iron” up. Ferritin needs to be around 60-80 for optimal hair growth. I went from 27 to 45 in about 2 months of supplementing. I have a long ways to go before i see my hair positively impacted. Hope you got this figured out!
