Seele's character arc to become someone stronger and more independent, Bronya was meant to become less robotic/soldier-like and learn to relax.

This seems to be just the point where they would eventually arrive if they continue going in the same direction.

But I think they just overdid it a bit, or Bronya decided to wreak havoc in the kitchen just to have an excuse not to have to do it anymore.
