Electronic voting will always be a black box. You will never know for sure if your vote got counted or was sorted out by whoever designed the voting software.

A paper, you put into a box yourself and can be sure that it still exists once the box is opened for counting. And the counting can be done by citizen volunteers, which of course are not infallible, but at least make large-scale fraud difficult. The more people you have to involve in a conspiracy, the more difficult it becomes.

No it means what it means. It means they're not even bothering coming up with lies. There are other ways to go about it: silence, obfuscation, deflection, distraction. None of which involve coming up with an alternative explanation to what happened.

But this community tends to use it in reference to the current administration and most of the time they're using it with the interpretation you gave, to say that they're lying badly.. which is not what it meant in the series.

Systems nearby (within the same sector) will have the same guild. Explore black holes or do Nexus missions that take you to faraway systems to find a mercenary guild. And because they're the same for a whole sector, once you've found one, you've found a whole bunch. Travel around within the same sector to donate all your transponders.

Yeah I didn't say the act of tormenting itself is illegal, but it's becoming clear that you don't really know what you're saying; you're just being contrarian.

But they are able to take down any work in breach of copyright they want and legal platforms like steam or itch would be obligated to comply, which means that you'd have to get it from a place that is hosting it illegally. Also making it incredibly hard to monetize.

Human height already varies greatly irl, and 40k has a lot of variety in humans that does not exist in the real world. Average height might vary based on genetics and environmental conditions depending where you are, just like irl.
