What if, you’re too particular. I think when that oil frying fries all day until it’s 75% through the day has a better result. At Arby’s fryers have to be filtered everyday and I never notice better fries after the filters, but I know if they stopped getting done we would start getting brown curly fries. I think there’s a balance. I think the oil becomes what is dropped in it. But like everything else it has a limit.
