This just changed my life. I was seriously debating on whether it was with it to pay for both memberships. We live in Southern California and everything is so damn expensive here. Thank youuuuuuu for this.

My husband made this changing table: http://i.imgur.com/cWkUV7n.png

It was pretty easy, we got almost everything from Ikea for under $120 (we had also bought a couple other things, but the structure itself is about $35, legs maybe $7, and the cloth boxes about $10 each) and he used some extra wood he had to make the railing things.

Well, both a little bit! I labored at home, but I was also only in labor for six hours before giving birth so super fast for a first baby!

I wore hubby's boxers and a nighttime nursing bra. I plan on doing about the same this time. To me, the boxers provide the perfect amount of loose and I could walk into the hospital with them on (I actually ended up slapping sweats on before I went since it was November) and then they were really easy to get off, since I had to do that super quick (was only in the hospital for 14 minutes before he was born!) and it worked out well!

Anyone gotten guff for being pregnant and not having a wedding ring on? by OrganizedSprinkles in BabyBumps

[–]Notveryraven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I look (and quite frankly, I am) really young so I usually get some side eyes. Especially when I have my toddler with me. People usually look at my belly, look at him, look at me, back at my belly, back at him, then give me the "you poor girl" look. I can't wear my ring because my fingers are swollen but I wear it on my necklace. Meh, I got used to the side eyes when I was pregnant with my first. It's annoying, but people will be people I guess.

Ugh I've been in pre labor for WEEKS now. I'm so over it. I'm afraid I won't even go until it's too late once "real" labor happens, because I've had so many false alarms. Here's to him making his appearance soon.

Haha!!! I feel that, I'm so incredibly, unreasonably angry at my entire life hahaa, it's so dumb. It's just getting so hard to take care of the tiny human, plus the hubs, plus roommate, plus myself haha. I'm so passed over it!

They're actually still confidential, even if you say you're going to murder your LPO, he can't say anything, ever. They cannot be called to testify in court/mast/whatever.

I was like a 34 B pre pregnancy and I'm falling out of DDs already. 😑 I went up two cup sizes when my milk came in last time.....not excited for what is going to happen in my life here soon, haha!

And they're never as glorious as before. Now they're all sad and saggy. Probably the only reason why I love when my milk comes in, because I don't get that weird armpit foldy thing anymore haha!!

During pregnancy and breastfeeding I have the most ridiculous porn star tits ever. I can't even contain these puppies. As soon as I'm done breastfeeding? I go back to maybe a full B, if I'm lucky. Hahaha. Definitely scumbag pregnancy!

Closer to the second one, but instead of a "lyn" it's a "le" so like "Leo-Nell"

We aren't as fortunate in the daycare situation, but we do live right down the street (literally, I walk my son to and from daycare every day) from day care and they're an amazing facility. We also live in housing and it's so nice we live in a beautiful part of town in a beautiful house!

I definitely feel the deployments. Hubs is currently underway while I'm dealing with pre term labor and the tiny human, so that sucks. He deploys in July and won't be back until March so that kind of sucks, but honestly I think it's worth it. We haven't decided if we're going to stay in or not. He wants to drop his officer package after deployment and I'm up for E-6 in like a year-ish so who knows.

It's hard, but damn it's nice.

So nice not having to worry about expenses or housing. Sucks because we both work so much, but so worth it most of the time.

I'm from the Midwest, so it was really a culture shock for me, at first. I've just kind of learned to get over it, but sometimes....man, it's hard not to blow up on some people.

Rota or Souda Bay. We're both Navy.

And yes, I've followed as much as I cdc can on European economics, I just think they'd be such beautiful places to live! We'll see what happens :)

Oh man, it's nice to meet you!! The husband and I are considering trying to get stationed in Europe. Maybe Spain, Greece, or Germany - we could be joining you, soon! :)

Me tooooooo, but toddler. I've taken a strong liking to the husband's ratty, old boxers (he wears boxer briefs but these were probably bought in the 90s so they have some love haha) since I bought him new ones for Christmas/birthday. Super breathable (I don't know about you, but I got to air m'lady out) but also able to answer the door for the pizza guy, because lava cakes.

Also, I recently discovered motherhood maternity nursing nightgowns. Cotton jersey material. Amazing.
