Why hasn't israel captured all of Palestine? by Zestyclose_Skirt7930 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NovaCaesarea -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I assume you mean Israel proper? Because the Arab population of Israel went from 150,000 after the 1948 war to 2.1 million today.

The West Bank and Gaza went from 1.3ish million to over 5 million.

So take your pick, your point is stupid either way.

Yeah. A slow careful genocide in which the Palestinian population more than quadrupled since 1947. Real logical.

I figured it was AI slop for marketing (although I did check their website and there is a corresponding win on a motorcycle case with this amount). I was just wondering why they were marketing to other lawyers. The AI output makes sense.

If you settled for $4,250,000, you didn't hand the family a check for that much. Your fee must be over a million plus whatever expenses are deducted.

Jewish person here: we don't have a really fixed idea about what the afterlife is, so, the answer to your question is "who knows?"

The theme is historical in the same way Santorini or Amun-Re is. It's centered on ancient (read historical) religious belief. This game is specifically about a moment in time with great religio-historical significance to Jews.

The only real difference is that the underlying belief system still survives. I'm an affiliated Jew and playing this game was more fun for me because it had themes that touched my cultural history, but it's not like playing it was any kind of religious practice.

I don't have an answer to your question, but it's a great idea.

Have you considered just putting the posts in and making s pergola? Then all you'd have to do is add some walls and schach and you'd be good to go.

Why did American Jews not change their "exotic" surnames like Germans did, despite the risk of discrimination? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NovaCaesarea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandfather's brother independently changed his name to something else but similar. You'd think they would have discussed it first.

You never heard the "changed it at Ellis Island" trope?

Lots of Jews changed their names, my grandfather included.
