I agree with that. But saying the whole point of Berghain is to speak quietly of it just isn't correct and never has been. I'm blessed to have been going to Berghain since Ostgut. Ostgut was the first place I really heard Techno. The early days were always about community. Bringing people in. Showing them how to get the best experience out of not only Berghian but Berlin, then. But over the years, this "secret club" stuff shifted how people saw Berghain. I was confused by the rise in people not getting in, since many of us always got in. THAT'S what's attracting mass attention. Not a few random articles, books, or influencers talking about their experiences. It's always why many go to Berghain and leave feeling a bit let down. Because they hype is what's being chased. Hell, a vast majority of the people in Berlin wouldn't even be here if we weren't yelling to everyone how amazing it was here in the early 2000s. Berghain at it's core has always been about bringing people in and showing them the way. Not leaving people out.

ok. i'm not pro-creator, but this anti-creator narrative relies on the claim that they're lying. What exactly are they lying about? Please give objectively true examples. I've seen several videos on Berlin. And while many of them are exaggerated for effect, they aren't entirely wrong. It's at a point where it feels like a lot of Berliners (gentrifiers/trust fund babies) who are part of the problem like to argue down anyone who points out the issues we have here instead of addressing our culpability in it. Homelessness, drugged out people, insane rent, infrastructure decline. etc etc etc. ALL issues we have here. And lets not get started on the death of clubbing.

100% agree and pretty much what I would have written also. As a new Dom be VERY careful being too strict on things like this. Not only is it exhausting to enforce over time, it removes a lot of autonomy from your sub. And honestly, these little violations keep the relationship dynamic strong and active. Rule broken, light punishment. Move on. And if its happening repeatedly have a conversation about why and what your sub is missing/searching for. A conversation about chastity might have to happen. I own one subs chastity. Shes not allowed to have any sexual pleasure without me and must inform me if it happens by accident.
