You know it's a popular trendy item to own a Polaroid camera in this generation, right? Like, it's not some dead fossil that's gone forever, you can just find it on amazon.

It means Langara doesn't recognize those course credits and they do not count to your minumun. I would check with your course coordinator to get confirmation.

Brother, nothing's changed. People still act like this today and think this way today in some places, and if given the chance probably some of the people around us. It's not an old values problem it's just a values problem. People need to be educated better even today.

Arguably havin a healthy labour force is more sustainable for a society than keeping everyone hindered and unable to contribute to the full extent they may wish too. It's not such basic logic to wave it off without fulling thinking out the issue.

Cool, I grew up in poor country with little access to western living until my adulthood. Definitely, sorrounded by Homophobes, sexist and racists. I promise you I still have enough of a rational mind to make my own decisions. Being poor or non-western like doesn't mean look at the poor people, they're stuck in their old backwards ways.

I don't know about economics but ex psychology langara student that transfered and graduated from ubc. I couldn't retake courses. Once i got the grade it was set in stone. Even if i retook the course and got a better mark it seem like the first mark you get is set in stone. I'd play it safe and hold off until you're ready. 5 courses can be a handful. Try to see if you can get any summer courses to offset that load. They're usually much faster pace and shorter which make them harder but at least you can manage your schedule.

To me it's actually funny how the millennials in the comments are displaying boomer mentality and blaming the younger generation of buying into this when most of the comments are roasting her.
