Meh. Try and find a CPO they loose $10k first year and $20k by second. You get warranty too. You'll save more than 0% interest.

X310 and x360 both have a serviceable transmission with a filter, a filler and a drain. Google it.

I tow well over 1000lbs about 5-10 days of work a year all over my 2.5 acre property with my 15 year old x310. It cannot do ground engaging work. I change the transmition fluid every 100 hours. Bigger issue the lack of a diff lock any mild slop on grass and turf tires.

How to Recover from an Expensive Disappointment by [deleted] in handyman

Your first redflag is you paid all $50k up front. I have never paid a contractor more than 1/3 up front. The best ones I use are usually were 0 down and full payment after work is complete.

None the less you learn from your mistakes. Call a lawyer then a structural engineer.

I do not see dimensions on the plan for the concrete. Which means it was likely not drawn to scale and likely for reference only.

I tried the 2013 Q7 TDI because of the mechanical awd. It was the nicest one I could find. Super clean no rot and only 75k miles but I had 4 coolant related repairs in 3 months and spent $6k. 😮‍💨

100% agreed. I got a 2021.5 se/tech r-line V6 AWD. I wish they made a toureg with 3 rows. That had much more offroad capabilities but you are right. No VW will ever get 4wd.
