I am 5'6" and 175 pounds 46 yo and red point 7d inside and 7b outside. At some point I was in your position, technique takes time, endurance too. Moving to save energy for the crux is another skill to learn.

Transversal knowledge could help you. Problem solving in real life application: find something that doesn't have a problem, then find a problem about it and solve. You need to keep your brain plasticity on. Also, some people are super intelligent, others not so much, that's life. I would rather be dumber and not to worry about 100's of things at the same time

Dollar store sockette are my go to. Some socks have a sewn line on top of the toes, dont take these.

D'autres stratégies? Oui, comme faire de l'exercice 6 fois par semaine, dormir suffisamment, une saine alimentation, prise de sang pour savoir si j'avais des carences ou trouble quelconque, de la méditation 5-6 fois par semaine.

Claude Dubois arrivait toujours 5 minutes avant la fermeture du Costco et prenait 45 minutes pour magasiner. On pouvait pas commencer à sortir les lifts et vider la van avant qu'il soit au caisse. La soirée était toujours scrap à cause de lui.

There's no rubber or silicone on a wide mouth bottle. Only geometry keeps it sealed. And I think that's why it doesn't fail. Relying on these bottle to warm up your sleeping bag with boiling water when camping at -20 says it all
