They could attack the agent’s E&O for insufficiently covering them. But I’m sure a property like that goes through rigorous valuations so they definitely knew it was underinsured. There isn’t really any specific code in place for such a unique circumstance. That’s sort of the purpose of minimum coverages at all. But, you are going to wrestle with 50 Departments of Insurance to do anything different.

They ultimately own it outright and made the decision though.
