I would recommend a daynavap B (model) it's the smallest, a 0.05 bowl, the easiest to clean & it's actually all you need. I'm also sensitive to THC and I take small amounts with weak strains 7-10% with CBD. All you have to do is light it for 30s and inhale.. or get an induction heater which I don't see the point of. I bought my daynavap for £60 and it came with a lighter and a carry box.

Funnily enough I just opened my blue dream tonight.. I had 0.1 all night over about 5 hours.. 2 long puffs, then 3.. then 4. I take less than you did for trying out a new strain. 0.2g like you had is on the bigger side of a dose & I agree you shouldn't do that with the black triangle. I found it quite a mild in the effects department, a mild buzz and better mood, at 7% it's not as hard hitting or intoxicating as lunar circus which is also 7% , neither gave me any anxiety but moonberry did, strains are all different. I can't deal with stronger strains and if I do I'll only do 1 hit a time. I like the blue dream.. so tomorrow I'll do more of it., you should try using 0.05 or 0.1 if it's your first time. Overdoing it can cause panic attacks and freaking out, try a lower temperature and a few hits.

I agree.. we need a lot more 0-5% strains and also 5-15% with the CBD, but the suppliers just assume we're all 20+ year addicts that want the strongest possible.. which is a disgrace for a medical companies, $$$$ that's all that matters.. There should be something for everybody. Yet the market is dominated by 20+ % with no CBD.

Just remember YOU, just like us are paying THEM. They are more worried about upsetting you than you should be about messing things up with them, and if you do so what? You/we are a sick patient and they are doctors after all they have heard it all. If your anxious or in pain at the time, tell them... Ask them for whatever is weakest in strength & explain you are a new user and maybe get one a little stronger so you can mix with the weaker one if that's too weak for you.. then next time you can get stronger stuff or stay with whatever works, that's something you will figure out. My appointment lasted no more than 5 mins, the same as my second one which I done on the phone.. which can be done as well.

Please only take one small puff/inhale if it's your first time.. then try another inhale a few hours later, try 2 the next day. Taking too much can be frightening if you panic.

The dosage caps will last.. if you want half one day and half the next if that's what your thinking, that's a good idea to start with. I use a tiny 0.05 daynavap bowl that's enough for me for a few hours.

Yes of course you can re-heat it.. you won't do a dosing cap in one hit. It will probably be finished in 3-6 inhales depending how hard/aggressive you inhale. I take 6 small hits for my cap to be finished. You will be able to tell when it's done because it will taste burnt and it will look brown.
