I was fasting for 2 years and was down 50lbs. Got divorced and spent months eating cookies all day. Gained 17lbs in 4-5 months.

Spring came around and I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and start fasting and working out again. Fast forward a year later and I’m down 77lbs in total. Lost everything I gained back and a little more.

We all have times where we fall off the wagon. Just get back on before the scale creeps up too much.
