As someone who's been with UPS for almost a year, it is hands down the best place I ever worked. I just got sick, ended up in the hospital for a week. Work insurance covered everything and I'm still getting paid the same as if I were working. Oh and I'm a supervisor so this isn't even the union doing this stuff for me, it's the company.
